Awaken your energy and reconnect with the wisdom of your mind, body, and soul in this nurturing workshop designed for those drawn to healing and inner transformation. Through guided practices, reflection, and gentle energy awareness, explore ways to restore balance, release what no longer serves you, and open to deeper clarity, vitality, and alignment.
