Adult Spelling Bee with Friends of Shepherdstown Library

Join Friends of Shepherdstown Library for our 3rd Annual Adult Spelling Bee on Saturday Sept. 12. Doors open at 6 pm, Bee begins at 7 pm. $20 entry fee for contestants includes a glass of wine. $5 entry fee for spectators. Do-over tickets available for $10 (limit one per speller). Trophies for winners! A variety of exciting gift cards and baskets from local businesses will be raffled. Raffle tickets: 3 for $5. Beverages available for purchase (wine $5/glass). Proceeds support the Shepherdstown Public Library. Contestants may register by emailing foslwvinfo@gmail.com or register at the door. Limited to 20 contestants. Cash preferred.
