2:30-4:45pm: Garry Adelman leads a tour titled ‘The Antietam Battlefield: The Best Primary Source’ on Antietam National Battlefield (rain or shine). 5:00-6:30pm: Dinner on your own. 6:45-8:00pm: Evening program at Byrd Center Auditorium — a ‘behind the scenes’ moderated conversation with Garry Adelman exploring his passion for the Civil War, expertise in Civil War photography, restaurant business experience, career as a Licensed Battlefield Guide at Gettysburg, and distinguished career with the American Battlefield Trust. Proceeds benefit future Civil War Center programming and Shepherd student initiatives. Cost: $60.
