๐๐ฒ๐ณ๐ณ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ผ๐ป ๐๐ผ๐๐ป๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐ฒ๐๐บ, ๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐, ๐ฆ๐ฒ๐ฝ๐๐ฒ๐บ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ฎ๐ฑ, ๐ณ๐ฟ๐ผ๐บ ๐ฒ๐ฝ๐บ-๐ด๐ฝ๐บ, for an interesting new exhibit that brings light to a new side of the John Brown story.
This new display, ๐ฎ๐ช๐๐ง๐
๐๐๐ ๐
๐๐๐ ๐ฉ๐ง๐๐ฌ๐, expands our current John Brown exhibit, bringing new artifacts and STORIES into the spotlight, including artifacts never publicly displayed connected to the men responsible for guarding John Brown during his final days. Highlights include an original pre-War letter written by Turner Ashby, along with a rare 1859 ruby ambrotype of one of Ashbyโs Mountain Rangers, photographed during his time as a guard at John Brownโs execution.
