Nature Nook: “The Overstory”by Richard Powers
Welcome to the Nature Nook!
We evolved from the natural world, yet many of us now spend our days in spaces shaped more by concrete, screens, and schedules than by forests, fields, and streams. Nature Nook is an invitation to slow down, look closely, and reconnect with the world that sustains us. Through books about wildlife, plants, ecology, conservation, and our relationship with nature, we’ll explore the wonders of the natural world and deepen our understanding of our place within it. The more closely we look, the more there is to discover.
We will be meeting on the first Monday of the month (every other month) @ 7:30pm (unless a different date is provided due to the facilitator or store schedule demands) in the upstairs community space of the store.
Book club members receive 10% off the monthly selection. Copies will always be available in-store and often also on Libro.fm for audio download.
At Four Seasons Books, book clubs are about community, not completion.
